Qualifications

• Qualified Teaching Assistant with a commitment to inclusive education.
• Experience supporting children with SEND is advantageous.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a KS1 pupil with SEND on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Provide structure, routine, and flexible approaches to learning to support progress.
• Carry out general teaching assistant duties to support the class and teacher.
