The Misbourne Partnership is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with SEND across key stages in our secondary setting. You will work with teachers to reinforce learning, support small groups and 1:1 sessions, and help students engage with their learning throughout the curriculum.
You will be a patient, adaptable team player who can build strong relationships with students and staff, and participate in ongoing training to meet the dynamic needs of the SEND department.
Students with SEND are at the heart of our academy, and this role is pivotal in ensuring that some of our most vulnerable learners are fully supported to thrive and succeed. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning both in the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings. You will play an important role in helping students engage with their learning, build confidence, and help students to make positive progress across the curriculum.

Professional development is a priority, and we offer a range of opportunities for staff to develop their skills and take on additional responsibilities. Would you like to make a real difference to the outcomes and life chances of young people? If so, we would welcome you to join our dedicated team.
