Teaching Assistant

Location: Kidderminster
Start Date: ASAP (following vetting process)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Salary: £90–£100 per day (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)

About the Role

As a key part of the classroom team, you’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. You’ll provide one‑to‑one and group support, encourage independence, and help create a calm, engaging learning environment where every child is valued.
