Engage Education is seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEND across Bradford primary schools. The role covers one-to-one and small-group support, helping learners access curriculum and build confidence in a nurturing setting.

Ideal candidates have experience in SEND or related settings, are patient and proactive, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Weekly pay and CPD opportunities are provided.

We are currently recruiting compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to work with pupils who require additional support, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

• Autism
• ADHD
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Complex and additional learning needs

You will play an important role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, develop social skills, and achieve their individual goals within a nurturing primary school environment.
