Flourish Education is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a three-form-entry primary school in Rugeley. The role is full-time and focuses on 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with Autism, requiring confident relationship-building and tailored support to meet individual needs.
The successful candidate will have a Level 2/3 qualification, a current DBS, and UK school experience, with a competitive daily rate and ongoing consultant support during registration and in-post.
We are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a three-form-entry, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Rugeley.
This role will involve providing 1:1 support to a pupil in Year 2 who has Autism. The school is seeking a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships, implement effective behaviour management strategies, and provide consistent, tailored support to meet the child’s individual needs.
The position is full-time, starting in October 2026 and continuing until the end of the academic year. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
