Flourish Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Rugeley. You will support a Year 3 class with a focus on creating a safe, engaging learning environment.
The ideal candidate has KS2 experience and will support pupils through 1:1 and small-group interventions. The role runs from October 2026 to April 2027, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a possible temp-to-perm path and a competitive daily rate of up to £100.

The school is looking for a confident candidate with experience providing small-group and 1:1 interventions in core subjects, who can effectively support pupils with their learning and development.
The role will start in October 2026 and continue until April 2027. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
There is also the potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
