Flourish Education is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 pupil with Autism and challenging behaviour in a Lichfield area primary school. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm, starting October 2026 and running until December 2026.
The ideal candidate will hold Level 2/3 qualification, have UK school-based experience, a DBS (Update Service preferred), and be able to provide two strong references. Training and ongoing consultant support are provided.

This Teaching Assistant role will involve providing 1:1 support to a child in Year 6 with Autism and challenging behaviour.
Our client is looking for a confident and experienced candidate who has previous experience supporting children with Autism and challenging behaviour. Any additional qualifications or training relating to SEND would be desirable.
