Zest Education is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a Nuneaton classroom. The role is part-time starting September 2026, delivering calm, structured assistance alongside teachers.
You will adapt learning, promote positive behaviour and help pupils access lessons, with a focus on building independence and confidence in a SEND setting. The position is temporary supply.

We are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant who will work closely with teachers to support pupils with a range of additional needs. The role involves creating a calm, structured and encouraging learning environment, guiding pupils through daily tasks, building confidence, independence and emotional stability, and supporting positive behaviour so that every child feels safe, understood and ready to learn.
Salary depends on experience, training or qualifications. Minimum recent school‑based experience (within the last five years) in a school that teaches the British Curriculum and/or care‑based experience within the last five years is required. The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
