Job summary

Envision Education in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs, helping them develop confidence, communication and independence in a nurturing environment. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm, starting in September.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, work with teachers to adapt activities, and reinforce safeguarding procedures while fostering pupil-centred learning and positive behaviours.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND support and strategies within a school setting.
• DBS update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Previous SEND experience (3 months).
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

• Level 3 or Bachelor's Degree.
