Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role where you can make a genuine difference to young people’s lives? Axcis Education are working with a specialist school that supports children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and experiences of trauma. The school provides a supportive and nurturing environment, helping students build confidence, develop positive relationships and re-engage with education. We are looking for a resilient, patient and emotionally intelligent Teaching Assistant who understands that behaviour is often a form of communication and can build positive relationships with students who may have experienced significant challenges.
