Job summary

Chalgrove Community Primary School is launching an Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) in 2027. We seek an enthusiastic SEND leader to establish the pathway, shape its vision and curriculum, and work across the school to create an inclusive, nurturing environment for pupils with complex needs.

• Lead the Enhanced Pathway/ELP development within the school.
• Collaborate with Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion, senior leaders and external agencies.
• Lead, motivate and develop support staff working with the ELP.
• Shape vision, curriculum and provision for pupils with complex needs.
