Chalgrove Community Primary School invites applications for an Enhanced Pathway Lead to shape an exciting new Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) launching in 2027. The role is 1.0 FTE on a fixed term basis until 31 August 2028, reporting to the Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion.

The successful candidate will lead learning for children with complex needs, work with senior leaders, and develop a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher or experienced practitioner with strong SEND background.
• Experience leading learning for children with complex needs.
• Ability to develop creative, engaging and accessible learning opportunities.
• High expectations for every pupil and commitment to achieving potential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Confident collaborating with colleagues and external agencies.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Enhanced Pathway and help establish the ELP (launching 2027).
• Collaborate with Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion and senior leaders to shape vision, curriculum and provision.
• Develop nurturing, ambitious and inclusive environment for pupils with complex needs.
• Support and mentor teaching staff and learning support colleagues.
