Job summary

Gladstone Primary Academy is seeking a SEND Pathway Manager and Teacher for the Gladstone Gateway Provision. You will lead Pre-Formal and Semi-Formal pathways while delivering specialist teaching to pupils with complex needs.

You will work with the SENDCO, families and external professionals to secure meaningful progress towards EHCP outcomes and ensure high-quality teaching across the provision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND pathways and coordinating provision.
• Strong knowledge of EHCPs and personalised curriculums.
• Ability to build partnerships with families and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of Pre-Formal and Semi-Formal pathways.
• Teach within the specialist provision.
• Drive high teaching standards and monitor quality.
