Work collaboratively with class teachers, teachingassistants, parents, and external agencies to implement Education, Health andCare Plans (EHCPs) and bespoke learning pathways.
Foster a highly nurturing, safe, and supportivelearning environment that promotes emotional well-being, resilience, andindependence.
Maintain precise records of student progress,adapting strategies continuously to meet evolving needs.
QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) with a proven track record of teaching children with SENDwithin a primary school or specialist provision setting.
A proven commitment to helping every child fulfiltheir unique potential, regardless of their starting point.
Outstanding capability to use creative, hands-on, andinnovative teaching methods to engage neurodiverse learners.
A warm, empathetic, and nurturing approach, backed bystrong classroom management and emotional literacy skills.
Excellent communication skills to build trustedrelationships with families, colleagues, and external specialists.
