Qualifications

  • Level 4 qualification & ISPEA legal training (or willingness to undertake).
  • Specialist knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes and statutory rights for children, young people and families.

Responsibilities

  • Empower parents, carers, children and young people by helping them understand their statutory rights and navigate the SEND system with confidence.
  • Provide impartial information, support and guidance in line with the SEND Code of Practice, ensuring families are informed and able to advocate for desired outcomes.
