• Proven experience as a SEND Lecturer/Teacher in FE or equivalent.
• Strong EHCP understanding and differentiation strategies.
• Confident classroom management for learners with varying needs.
• Willing to deliver/cover Construction lessons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured lessons for SEND/ALN learners, adapting to needs.
• Cover Construction sessions to support timetable.
• Differentiate resources to aid progress, confidence and independence.
• Support behaviour for learning with consistent routines.
• Collaborate with support staff to implement EHCP targets.
• Track attendance, progress and contribute to reviews.
• Maintain Health & Safety in practical environments.
