Job summary

Stradbroke High School invites applications for a SEND Intervention Lead. The role focuses on delivering tailored interventions for students with SEND, primarily in small groups outside class, with some classroom support as required.

You will plan and monitor the interventions and contribute to wider SEND opportunities. The post is permanent, 31.25 hours per week, term time plus 1 week, with salary SCP7–SCP11 per annum (pro rata for part-time).

Qualifications

• Commitment to working with young people.
• Ability to use initiative.
• Experience delivering ASDAN or Life Skills qualifications.
• Experience supporting small groups in lessons or one-to-one.
• GCSE English and Maths at C/4+ or above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored interventions to small groups outside the classroom.
• Provide classroom support as required.
• Plan and monitor intervention activities.
• Support wider SEND opportunities and trips when needed.
