Job summary

Stradbroke High School is seeking a dedicated SEND Intervention Lead to support pupils with additional needs. You will deliver tailored interventions to small groups outside lessons and assist in classroom support to reinforce learning.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and flexibility, with responsibilities including planning and monitoring interventions and participating in wider opportunities such as trips. GCSE English & Maths at grade C/4 or above is expected.
