Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment are recruiting for a full-time Class Teacher to join a mainstream primary school with a dedicated SEND hub in the B34 area of Birmingham. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and work with Teaching Assistants to support pupils’ progress.

The hub currently has two classes of around 10 children, with needs including ASD and complex learning needs. QTS and experience with SEND are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• QTS qualification required.
• Experience working with primary-aged children desirable.
• Experience in SEND hub or with children with complex needs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team to support pupil progress.
