Aspire People Limited is seeking an experienced SEND HLTA for a mainstream primary school in Birmingham. You will support five pupils in the SEND Hub during the morning and provide 1:1 reintegration support in the afternoon as they reintegrate into their mainstream classes.

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident SEND HLTA to join a welcoming mainstream primary school. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, HLTA or SEND professional who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them to successfully access mainstream education.
The successful candidate will work within the school's SEND Hub, supporting a small group of five pupils during the morning. The role will involve providing targeted support with learning, communication, emotional regulation and engagement, helping pupils to develop the skills and confidence they need to access their education.
In the afternoon, the successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to pupils from the SEND Hub as they reintegrate back into their mainstream classes. This will involve working closely with individual pupils to help them manage the transition into a larger classroom environment, providing reassurance and encouragement while gradually promoting their independence.
The school is looking for someone who is confident, nurturing and proactive, with a strong understanding of SEND and the ability to adapt their approach according to individual pupil needs. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable taking responsibility for supporting pupils both within the hub and across the wider school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner who wants to take on a varied role combining small-group SEND provision, 1:1 intervention and mainstream reintegration. You will play an important role in helping pupils develop the confidence and skills needed to successfully access learning alongside their peers.
