Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, or substantial SEND support experience.
• Knowledge of SEND and impact on young people and families, including housing, benefits, education.
• Experience with parenting difficulties, behaviour management, and multi-disciplinary work.
• Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and manage data quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct SEND support to children and families in home and school settings.
• Complete assessments and reviews and deliver parent drop-in sessions.
• Offer practical advice and strategies to support SEND-related behaviour.
• Maintain data reporting and ensure safeguarding and child protection practices.
