Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (social care, health or childcare) or substantial direct-support experience.
• Knowledge of SEND and its impact on young people and families, including housing, benefits, education and health.
• Experience working with families facing parenting or behaviour challenges and engaging multiple professionals.
• Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and respond to children, families and professionals.
• Ability to manage spreadsheets and report on data and quality assurance.
• Evidence-based practice with demonstrable improvements and safeguarding awareness.
• Understanding of discrimination impact and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and reviews for children and families.
• Deliver parent drop-in sessions and provide practical advice and strategies.
