Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or substantial SEND support experience.
• Knowledge of SEND and associated support services (housing, benefits, education, etc.).
• Experience with parenting/behaviour management and working with professionals in multi-disciplinary settings.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads and respond to children, families, and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct SEND support to children and families in home and school settings.
• Perform assessments and reviews, deliver parent drop-in sessions, and offer practical strategies for SEND-related behaviour management.
• Maintain data and deliver quality assurance reporting with attention to safeguarding.
