Job summary

Lancashire County Council’s Inclusion Service seeks a SEND EHCP Officer to shape Education, Health and Care Plans for children with SEND. You will manage the full EHCP process from assessment through to reviews, co-producing outcomes with families and partner agencies.

You will work with SENCOs, health and social care professionals to ensure timeliness, compliance and person-centred planning, while maintaining accurate digital records and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication with families and partner agencies.
• Experience working in SEND or multi-agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full EHCP process from assessment to reviews.
• Co-produce high-quality, person-centred plans with children and families.
• Monitor provision, keep statutory timescales and maintain records.
• Collaborate with SENCOs and health and care professionals.
