Job summary

SENse Learning are hiring Education Mentors to support one-to-one learning at homes and in community settings across the UK. You will help young people with complex needs, building confidence and life skills through creative, trauma-informed approaches.

You will work as a self-employed Education Mentor with flexible hours, in-person and online sessions, and coordination with parents, carers and schools to tailor support to individual goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children or young people with complex additional needs.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches to support learning and development.
• Experience supporting life skills, confidence and emotional regulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people in homes and community settings.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring and creative, interest-based activities.
• Support development of life skills, confidence and independence.
