SENse Learning is seeking Education Mentors to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support for SEND learners in homes and community settings across the UK. Roles include Education Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, and Learning Support Mentor.

Flexible schedules, part-time to full-time, with ongoing interviews and a rolling intake process. Experience with children or young people with complex needs is essential, along with an Enhanced DBS and references.

Competenze

• Experience with children or young people with complex additional needs (e.g. ASC, ADHD, SEMH, EBSA, trauma, etc).
• Background suitable for Support Workers, LSAs, TAs, or related roles in education/care.
• Ability to work in a child-centred, holistic way with creative, individualised approaches.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references required.
