Think FE is recruiting an experienced Campus Manager to lead a brand-new SEND college campus in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. You will oversee curriculum development, staff recruitment, and learner support while ensuring high teaching standards.

The role involves leading, mentoring and delivering teaching up to two days per week in your subject area, with responsibility for day-to-day campus operations and Ofsted preparation. Permanent, full-time role with salary £44,329–£48,613 per annum.
