Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a Director of Campus for Dearne Valley College in Rotherham. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) offers a senior leadership position to shape FE provision, drive quality and learner outcomes, and lead curriculum strategy across the campus.

You will line-manage Curriculum Managers, build regional partnerships with local authorities and employers, and work with the Senior Leadership Team to meet funding targets and expand impact across the Group.

Qualifications

• FE leadership track record in curriculum strategy and quality improvement.
• Clear insight into FE funding, drivers and regional market needs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and external relationship building.
• Degree or equivalent and recognised teaching qualification at level 5+.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by developing forward-looking curriculum plans.
• Oversee day-to-day campus operations ensuring high standards across FE, apprenticeships and high-needs provision.
• Line-manage two Curriculum Managers and foster high performance and development.
• Build regional partnerships with civic leaders, employers and authorities.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to meet funding targets and expand group impact.
