Job summary

RNN Group seeks a Director of Campus Dearne Valley College to provide strategic and operational leadership for Dearne Valley College. You will drive educational quality, inspire learners and empower regional learners while reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.

The role manages two Curriculum Managers, shapes curriculum across HE, apprenticeships, and high-needs provision, and builds strong regional partnerships to enhance funding and market share within the Group.

Qualifications

• FE Leadership track record in curriculum strategy and quality
• Sector vision and understanding of FE drivers, funding mechanics
• Stakeholder engagement and external relationship building
• Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD)

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Growth: Develop forward-thinking curriculum plans aligned with local, regional and national skills agendas
• Lead Quality & Operations: Oversee campus operations across Higher Education, apprenticeships, high-needs provision, and vulnerable learner groups
• Inspire Teams: Line manage two Curriculum Managers and foster high performance and innovation
• Build Regional Partnerships: Forge strong links with civic leaders, local authorities, employers and stakeholders
• Shape Group Vision: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to hit funding targets and expand market share
