Dearne Valley College (part of the RNN Group) is seeking a Director of Campus to provide total operational and strategic leadership across the campus. The role focuses on educational quality, workforce development and learner outcomes across South Yorkshire, with travel to other campuses within the group as required.

You will lead two Curriculum Managers, drive performance, secure funding targets and build strong external partnerships.

Qualifications

• FE leadership track record in curriculum strategy, quality improvement and curriculum change within Further Education.
• Clear insight into external FE drivers, funding mechanics and regional market needs.
• Strong commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to external relationship building.
• Degree or equivalent qualification; Teaching qualification at level 5 or higher; Level 2 English & Maths; CPD evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD).

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic growth by developing curriculum plans aligned to local, regional and national skills needs.
• Lead quality and operations across Higher Education, apprenticeships, high-needs provision and vulnerable learner groups.
• Line manage and mentor Curriculum Managers to foster high performance and professional development.
• Build regional partnerships with civic leaders, local authorities, employers and stakeholders.
• Support the Group's vision by helping hit funding targets, expand market share and uphold core values.
