Job summary

Think FE Ltd is recruiting a Campus Manager for a SEND College in Doncaster. You will lead tutors and education staff, shape the campus curriculum strategy and oversee the launch and ongoing development of the new campus.

Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring staff, ensuring quality and compliance, preparing for Ofsted, and driving improvements in learner outcomes. You will also teach up to two days per week in your specialist subject area.

Qualifications

Must have Level 5 teaching qualification or recognised equivalent.
Proven experience in educational leadership/management.
Strong curriculum planning, QA and teaching standards improvement skills.
Ability to lead and develop a learner-focused team.

Responsibilities

Lead, support and develop a team of tutors and education staff.
Plan and implement the campus curriculum strategy.
Manage opening and development of the new campus.
Recruit, induct and mentor teaching staff.
Prepare for Ofsted inspections and maintain high standards of education and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning and learner outcomes.
Ensure provision meets needs of learners with SEND.
Oversee day-to-day campus operations.
Deliver teaching for up to two days per week in your subject area.
