Dearne Valley College (part of the RNN Group) is seeking a Director of Campus to provide total operational and strategic leadership across the campus. You will drive educational quality, empower learners, and lead two Curriculum Managers to deliver ambitious regional outcomes.

The role requires a strong FE leadership track record, sector vision, and capability to build partnerships with local authorities and employers. Excellent benefits and a clear path to impact are offered.

Qualifikationen

• FE leadership track record in curriculum strategy, quality improvement, and change.
• Clear insight into FE drivers, funding mechanics, and regional market needs.
• Strong commercial acumen and external relationship building.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategic growth with curriculum plans aligned to skills and stakeholder agendas.
• Oversee campus operations across HE, apprenticeships, high-needs provision, and vulnerable learners.
• Line manage two Curriculum Managers and foster high performance and development.
• Build regional partnerships with civic leaders, employers, and community stakeholders.
• Support SLT to hit funding targets, expand market share, and uphold Group values.
