Job summary

Ash Green School in Coventry is seeking a compassionate SEND Behaviour Mentor to support students with additional educational needs and help them reach their potential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate confident behaviour management, strong communication, and the ability to deliver literacy and numeracy interventions in a nurturing, high-achieving environment.

This permanent, full-time post is paid on the NJC PayScale (£31,022–£33,699) with term-time pro rata for non-year-round working.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience delivering literacy and numeracy interventions successfully.
• Working knowledge of meeting the needs of young people with SEND and the implementation of strategies to support their development.
