Job summary

Ash Green School in Coventry is seeking a compassionate SEND Behaviour Mentor to support students with additional educational needs and help them reach their potential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate confident behaviour management, strong communication, and the ability to deliver literacy and numeracy interventions in a nurturing, high-achieving environment.

This permanent, full-time post is paid on the NJC PayScale (£31,022–£33,699) with term-time pro rata for non-year-round working.

Salary: NJC PayScale - £31,022 - £33,699 (£26,682 - £28,984 pro rata for term time only)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only

Ash Green School are seeking a confident, organised, and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in supporting students' learning and development. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage student behaviour effectively, with a calm and professional approach.
