Are you an experienced SENCO with a proven track record working within a UK school?

Reeson Education is recruiting for an all-through primary and secondary school in Haringey seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead and develop SEND provision within its secondary phase.

The school is open to candidates looking to start in November 2026 or January 2027.

About the SENCO Role

The successful SENCO will take responsibility for ensuring pupils with SEND receive appropriate support and that staff have the guidance and resources needed to provide an inclusive education.

You will work closely with the school's leadership team and wider SEND team, as well as parents, carers and external professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating SEND provision across the secondary phase
• Managing and reviewing EHCPs and annual review processes
• Advising teachers on effective SEND strategies
• Supporting the identification of additional needs
• Monitoring pupil progress and provision
• Liaising with parents, carers and external agencies
• Supporting SEND interventions and provision
• Providing guidance and support to teaching staff
• Ensuring SEND documentation is accurate and up to date
• Contributing to whole-school SEND development across the all-through setting
