Job summary

REESON Education is recruiting for a dedicated SENCO to lead and develop SEND provision within the secondary phase of an all-through school in Haringey, North London. The role starts November 2026 or January 2027, with close collaboration to the leadership and SEND teams.

The successful candidate will oversee SEND delivery, support staff, and ensure compliant documentation, contributing to strong outcomes for pupils with SEND in a busy all-through setting.

Qualifications

• Previous SENCO experience in a UK-based school is essential.
• Experience supporting pupils within a secondary setting.
• Strong understanding of SEND processes and legislation.
• Experience managing EHCPs and liaising with external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SEND provision across the secondary phase.
• Manage EHCPs and annual reviews.
• Advise teachers on effective SEND strategies.
• Identify additional needs and coordinate interventions.
