Smile Education Recruitment is actively seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary, and specialist schools in Worcester (WR1). The role involves 1:1 support, small group work, and implementing strategies for ASC, ADHD and other needs.
You will work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment, develop communication and social skills, and help students reach their potential within safeguarding parameters.
Location: Worcester (WR1)
Pay: £95–£115 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term | Temp to Perm Opportunities

Smile Education is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary, secondary and specialist schools in the WR1 area of Worcester.
We are working closely with schools that require additional support for children with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These are rewarding opportunities for individuals who are passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Depending on the needs of the school, your responsibilities may include:
