Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across reception to Year 6 at a primary school in Rugeley. You will work with the class teacher to tailor support for children with SEN, including 1:1 and small-group work, helping pupils engage with lessons and develop independence.

Experience in SEN within UK primary settings is desirable; a Level 2/3 TA qualification or relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in UK primary schools.
• Experience supporting EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Experience SEN support desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across reception to Year 6 with learning and behavioural goals.
• Work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support.
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group sessions to engage learners.
• Help pupils access lessons and develop independence.
