Job summary

• Experience with children or SEN is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for a pupil with special educational needs.
• Assist the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised activities.
• Adapt resources to maximise engagement and accessibility.
• Promote positive behaviour and social interaction.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff.
• Liaise with parents, carers and external professionals as needed.
