Academics Agency is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for September across Doncaster's specialist schools. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to help children smile, succeed, and believe in themselves. You'll support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, adapt lessons, and work with teachers and families to track progress.

We offer £92.56-£110 per day (holiday included), weekly pay, free CPD, flexible placements across Doncaster, a referral bonus, and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Qualified or experienced - Level 3 TA or equivalent in education, childcare, or health settings.
• SEN experience and ability to adapt, connect, and inspire.
• DBS on Update Service, or happy to get one fast.

Responsibilities

• Be their champion—support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• Think on your feet—adapting lessons, resources, and approaches to fit each unique learner.
• Turn behaviour into progress—using positive, tailored strategies that build self-esteem and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress and shape EHCPs.
• Meet each child where they are and take them further.

• ?? DBS-ready-Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to get one fast.
• ?? Reference-perfect-two strong professional references ready to go.
