Job summary

Academics Agency is recruiting SEN Primary Teaching Assistants to start as soon as possible in DONCASTER and surrounding specialist schools. You will champion pupils 1:1 and in small groups, adapting lessons to fit each learner and turning challenges into progress.

Ideal candidates are Level 3 TA or equivalent, SEN-savvy, calm under pressure, DBS-ready, and bring strong references. Flexible, weekly paid, term-time roles with CPD and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Qualified or experienced-Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings.
• SEN-savvy—you've supported children with additional needs and know how to adapt and inspire.
• Calm under pressure—patient, flexible, and solution-focused when things get tricky.
• DBS-ready—Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to get one fast.
• Reference-perfect—two strong professional references ready to go.
