Job summary

Academics are recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in Redbridge for a full-time position from November 2026 until July 2027. You will support pupils with additional needs and work closely with teachers to facilitate learning in a positive, inclusive environment.

The role requires a patient, caring approach and experience in SEN settings, with a DBS enhanced (or willingness to apply). Salary is paid daily between 92 and 120 GBP.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Redbridge

Do you have previous experience working in an SEN setting and want a role where you can make a genuine difference? Academics are recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in Redbridge for a full-time position from November until July 2027.

Contract: Full-time, long-term until July 2027
Start Date: 2nd November 2026
Pay: 92 - 120 per day

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Redbridge, you will provide tailored support to pupils who may require additional help with their learning, communication, behaviour or development.

Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you'll help pupils overcome barriers to learning while encouraging their confidence, independence and engagement.

Previous experience working in an SEN setting is essential for this role.
