Monarch Education is partnering with a specialist SEN school in the Shirley, Solihull area to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants. This temporary-permanent role supports pupils aged 4-16 with a range of SEN needs, including MLD, autism, and sensory processing difficulties.
We are seeking dedicated, patient and enthusiastic individuals to help pupils overcome barriers and make meaningful daily progress within a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Location: Shirley, Solihull
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (8:30am - 3:30pm)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Temporary - Permanent
Applications without UK-based experience supporting adults, children or young people with SEN will not be considered.
