Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant in Dudley to support pupils with a range of needs in a primary setting. You will provide targeted 1:1 and small-group assistance, helping pupils access learning and work toward EHCP goals.

The role emphasizes supporting communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour, with adaptability to individual needs and close collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience supporting primary-aged children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
• Experience with SEMH, Autism, SLCN, MLD or complex needs is valuable.
• Confident supporting behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Patient, adaptable approach with a genuine interest in long-term SEN support.

Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Long Term Futures are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Dudley on a long-term basis. You will work with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, Speech and Language (SLCN), moderate learning difficulties and complex communication needs, providing tailored support in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong SEND experience who can build positive relationships, support communication and emotional regulation, and help pupils engage confidently with learning.

In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support

You'll need:
