TeacherActive is recruiting a qualified SEN Teacher for an Oldbury setting supporting primary-aged pupils with ADHD and Autism. Immediate start on a long-term basis, delivering engaging lessons and working with support staff to ensure consistent approaches.

You will plan and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs, maintain strong classroom management, and contribute to a positive, structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• QTS and experience teaching primary-aged pupils.
• Experience supporting pupils with ADHD and Autism.
• Ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to individual needs.

SEN Teacher

Location: Oldbury

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £180 - £220 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEN setting in Oldbury supporting primary-aged pupils with ADHD and Autism. The setting provides a supportive and structured learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and engagement with learning.

The school is looking to appoint a SEN Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEN Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs and work closely with support staff to provide a consistent approach for pupils with ADHD and Autism.

The successful SEN Teacher will have:

• QTS
• Experience teaching primary-aged pupils
• Experience supporting pupils with ADHD and Autism / ASD
• The ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to individual needs
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
