SEN Teacher All-through School (Ages 3 19)
Location: Witney, Oxford
Start: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are working with a well-established all-through Special Educational Needs school in Witney that supports learners aged 3 to 19 with Autism (ASD), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and Complex Needs. The school is known for its nurturing, collaborative environment and its commitment to enabling every young person to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with diverse learning needs.

What We re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN OR

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) If you are a qualified teacher with no prior SEN experience, full training and support will be provided.

  • A genuine passion for making learning accessible, meaningful and fun

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with support staff and therapists

  • Patience, creativity and resilience

The Role:
  • Planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the needs of individual pupils

  • Working alongside Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and SEN Support Staff
