Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for roles in Uxbridge. You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and other learning needs, ensuring inclusion and progress in a well‑resourced environment.

You will develop EHCP targets and personalised learning plans, work with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents, and monitor pupil progress with flexible strategies to support independence and attainment.

Qualifications

• QTS or recognised teaching qualification is essential.
• Previous experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
