Protocol Education Ltd in Harrow is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive school setting, delivering engaging lessons for pupils with diverse needs, including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH. This role requires QTS or equivalent and a patient, resilient approach to teaching.

You will plan differentiated lessons, monitor progress, and collaborate with TAs, therapists, and parents to promote independence and positive outcomes. Immediate start and ongoing PD offered.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • SEN experience desirable but not essential.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs.
  • Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.

Pay: £150 - £280 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

SEN Teacher Required in Harrow

Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in a specialist education setting? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in the Harrow area, working with pupils who require additional learning and behavioural support.


This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-resourced environment, supporting students with a range of needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.


The Role:


  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs

  • Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
