SEN Teacher

Up to £40,000 per annum (not pro rata)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our pioneering team. You will deliver high‑quality, engaging and personalised teaching to pupils with autism and complex needs. Your role will include supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development, contributing to curriculum development, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Our new Options Autism school, Penny Tree, will have capacity for 60 pupils and is expected to open in the near future. For over 19 years, Options Autism has provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults. As part of Outcomes First Group, we lead our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care. In 2025, Outcomes First Group were officially certified as a Great Place to Work for the sixth year running.
We are proud to be part of a 4‑Day Working Week trial, where you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours) while still receiving your full‑time pay. 4DWW will be rolled out within our school when we have a full complement of staff and is subject to successful completion of probation.
