Job summary

Teaching Personnel are seeking a SEND Teacher for a primary setting in Hull. The role is full-time (with potential for part-time) and runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm. You will support students with SEND, deliver tailored lessons and work with the school team to raise attainment.

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet individual learning needs.
• Developing personalised learning programmes and interventions.
• Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student progress.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider support teams.
• Contributing to EHCP reviews and annual review meetings.
• Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence, and life skills.
